2. Collection & Transportation
Kisan se aam mandi ya directly factory mein bheje jaate hain.
Aam grading ke liye le jaaye jaate hain – achhe aur kharab alag kiye jaate hain.
3. Cleaning & Sorting
Aam ko machine se dhoya jaata hai.
Phir size aur quality ke hisaab se alag kiya jaata hai.
4. Peeling & Pulping
Machine se chhilka hataaya jaata hai.
Phir aam ka ras (pulp) nikala jaata hai.
5. Pasteurization & Packing
Pulp ko heat karke bacteria se free kiya jaata hai (pasteurization).
Uske baad ise tin, bottle, pouch ya drums mein pack kiya jaata hai.
